Danaher ($DHR) Beats Q2 EPS and Revenue Estimates; Projects FY26 EPS Growth

Tuesday, Danaher (NYSE: DHR) delivered its second-quarter results after market close.

For the reported quarter, the enterprise delivered adjusted earnings of $1.94 per share, coming in $0.10 above analyst projections of $1.84 per share.

The company disclosed quarterly revenue of $6.27 billion, coming in $170 million above analyst forecasts of $6.10 billion.

The firm reported stronger quarterly results from a year earlier, with earnings rising 7.8 percent and revenue increasing 5.6 percent.

In its forward guidance, Danaher expects EPS for the fiscal year 2026 at $8.45 to $8.60 per share, compared with analyst estimates of $8.45 per share.

For the third quarter 2026, the company anticipates that non-GAAP core revenue will increase in the 2.0 percent to 3.0 percent range year-over-year.
