SLB\’s second-quarter adjusted EBITDA was $1.90 billion, reflecting a 7 percent sequential increase but a 7 percent decline year over year. Cash flow from operations totaled $1.36 billion, with free cash flow amounting to $716 million.
The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.295 per share, payable on October 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 2, 2026.
