The tech giant recorded adjusted earnings of $2.93 per share in the latest quarter, delivering annual growth of 4.6 percent and exceeding analyst estimates of earnings of $2.86 per share.
The company announced quarterly sales of $17.16 billion, beating analyst expectations of $16.86 billion and delivering a 1.1 percent increase from a year earlier.

Looking forward, International Business Machines sales targets for the fiscal year 2026 in the range of $70.24 billion to $70.91 billion, versus analyst estimates of $70.85 billion.
Second-quarter segment revenue included Software at $7.8 billion, up 5%; Consulting at $5.3 billion, flat (up 1% in constant currency); Infrastructure at $3.8 billion, down 7%; and Financing at $200 million, up 12% (11% in constant currency).
