The firm recorded a loss of $0.02 per share for the fourth quarter, which was $0.09 better than analyst estimates of a $0.11 loss per share.
Perfect Moment announced quarterly sales of $5.71 million, exceeding consensus estimates by $750,000, with expectations set at $4.96 million. Earnings improved by 95.6 percent year-over-year, while revenue rose by 13.3 percent during the quarter.
For the fiscal year 2026, revenue increased by 9.8 percent to $23.6 million compared to $21.5 million a year earlier. Gross margin improved to 67.6 percent, up from 48.5 percent in the prior year.
The net loss improved by approximately $8.8 million to $7.1 million, or $(0.23) per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $15.9 million, or $(0.99) per diluted share, a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA loss improved by approximately $7.8 million to $3.5 million, compared to an adjusted EBITDA loss of $11.3 million in the prior year.
