Penguin Solutions ($PENG) Q3 Revenue Exceeds Projections; Provides 2026 Business Outlook

Penguin Solutions (NASDAQ: PENG) reported improved third quarter sales and earnings after the bell, benefiting from stronger year-over-year business trends and favorable analyst comparisons.

The business disclosed adjusted earnings of $0.84 per share for the latest quarter, versus earnings of $0.47 per share reported a year earlier, while Wall Street analysts had projected earnings of $0.54 per share.

For the reported quarter, The company generated revenue of $478.71 million, improving from $324.25 million reported a year earlier and coming in ahead of analyst expectations of $405.53 million.

This profitable growth acceleration reinforces our confidence that our AI Factory Platform strategy is working. Integrated Memory net sales more than doubled year over year, and our AI Infrastructure business continued to build momentum, reflecting strong demand and execution across our memory and AI Infrastructure portfolio.”

Offering its forward outlook, Penguin Solutions forecast profit outlook for the fiscal year 2026 in the range of $2.55 to $2.65 per share, compared with analyst expectations of $2.23 per share. The revenue expectations was set between $1.64 billion and $1.70 billion, versus consensus estimates of $1.56 billion.
