Legence ($LGN) Revenue Surpasses Estimates in Q4 2025

Legence (NASDAQ: LGN) reported its fourth-quarter 2025 results before market open. The company disclosed a revenue increase compared to a year earlier, surpassing analyst expectations, while earnings per share fell short of forecasts, declining from the previous year.

The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $737.64 million, exceeding the anticipated $620.31 million, and reflecting a 19 percent increase from the same period last year.

Legence recorded a fourth-quarter earnings loss of $0.55 per share, which was below the expected earnings of $0.04 per share, marking a downturn from the prior year\’s profit.

Fourth-quarter non-GAAP Adjusted Gross Profit was $156.6 million with a non-GAAP Adjusted Gross Margin of 21.2 percent, compared to $112.3 million and 20.5 percent in the same period last year. Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter was $87.0 million, up 53.2 percent from $56.8 million a year earlier.

For the full year 2025, revenues totaled $2.6 billion, an increase of 21.5 percent from $2.1 billion the previous year. The non-GAAP Adjusted Gross Profit was $549.7 million with a non-GAAP Adjusted Gross Margin of 21.6 percent, compared to $432.1 million and 20.6 percent last year. Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA was $298.8 million, up 30.1 percent from $229.6 million the prior year.

Looking ahead, Legence has raised its revenue outlook for fiscal year 2026 to between $3.70 billion and $3.90 billion, surpassing analysts\’ expectations of $3.47 billion. For the first quarter of 2026, the company projects revenue between $925.00 million and $950.00 million, significantly higher than the forecast of $724.84 million.
