Thursday, Quantum (NASDAQ: QMCO) reported its fourth-quarter results after market close.
The company disclosed an adjusted loss of $0.21 per share for the quarter, surpassing analyst projections of a $0.31 loss per share and reflecting an improvement from a year earlier.
Quantum recorded revenue of $78.00 million for the quarter, exceeding analyst estimates of $72.75 million and marking a 27.2 percent increase from the previous year.
The Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA in the fiscal fourth quarter was $1.0 million, compared to negative $3.9 million in the same period last year.
Looking ahead, the company provided forward EPS guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 in the range of $-0.25 to $-0.05 per share, with analyst expectations at $-0.24 per share.
Sales guidance for the first quater was set between $73.00 million and $77.00 million, against consensus estimates of $71.50 million.
Quantum’s cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash stood at $16.2 million as of March 31, 2026, compared to $16.6 million a year earlier.
