FedEx ($FDX) Surpasses Q4 Revenue Estimates; Projects 2026 Growth

Tuesday, FedEx (NYSE: FDX) reported its fourth-quarter results after market close. The company’s earnings per share surpassed analyst expectations, while revenue also exceeded projections compared to a year earlier.

The firm disclosed adjusted earnings of $6.31 per share for the latest quarter, surpassing Wall Street expectations of $5.96 per share.

FedEx recorded quarterly revenue of $25.00 billion, outperforming analyst projections of $24.04 billion by $960.00 million. Earnings grew by 4.0 percent, and revenue increased by 12.6 percent year-over-year.

For the calendar year 2026, FedEx expects revenue growth of approximately 11 percent year-over-year and adjusted earnings of $16.90 to $18.10 per share.

Raj Subramaniam, FedEx Corp. president and chief executive officer, stated, “Team FedEx delivered an impressive finish to a strong fiscal year, providing excellent service to our customers and successfully executing on our transformation initiatives.”

In after-hours trading, FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) rose 8.05 percent to a price of 297.99. The stock gained 22.19 points from its closing price of 316.83 during the regular trading session.
