Worthington Enterprises ($WOR) Q4 Results Miss Estimates

Worthington Enterprises (NYSE: WOR) reported its fourth-quarter results following market close. The company experienced year-over-year growth, although results fell short of analyst expectations.

The quarter reflected adjusted earnings of $0.97 per share, which was $0.09 below the analyst forecast of $1.06 per share.

Worthington Enterprises disclosed quarterly revenue of $371.46 million, missing analyst forecasts by $15.03 million, which were set at $386.49 million. Year-over-year, the company saw an 8.5 percent decline in earnings, while revenue grew by 16.9 percent.

For the full year, net sales reached $1.4 billion, marking a 20 percent increase. This included $121.7 million from recent acquisitions and 9 percent from organic growth. Adjusted earnings rose to $3.37 per share from $3.09 per share. Operating cash flow increased by 8 percent to $226.1 million, and free cash flow improved by 7 percent to $170.2 million.

Worthington Enterprises President and CEO Joe Hayek said, “We closed fiscal 2026 with another quarter of solid performance, delivering positive organic growth and strong free cash flow while continuing to execute our strategy. For the full year, our teams drove double-digit growth in adjusted EBITDA, expanded margins in our wholly owned businesses and maintained a strong balance sheet.”

In after-hours trading, shares of Worthington Industries are down 11.55 percent at a price of $54.00. This represents a decline of $7.05 from the closing price of $61.05. During the regular trading session, the shares continue to trade between their 52-week low of $45.01 and high of $70.91.
