TE Connectivity ($TEL) Beats Q3 EPS and Revenue Estimates; Expects Strong Q4 EPS

Wednesday, TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) reported its third-quarter results before market open. The company exceeded analyst expectations for both earnings per share and revenue, with earnings increasing compared to a year earlier.

TE Connectivity delivered adjusted earnings of $2.94 per share for the quarter, surpassing Wall Street estimates of $2.84 per share and rising 29.5 percent from a year earlier.

The firm recorded quarterly revenue of $5.16 billion, above analyst projections of $5.00 billion, with annual revenue growth of 13.9 percent.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, TE Connectivity expects earnings per share to be in the range of $3.05, compared with analyst expectations of $2.96 per share. The company also set its top-line estimate outlook at $5.25 billion, versus consensus estimates of $5.16 billion.

CEO Terrence Curtin commented: “Our teams delivered record third quarter results above guidance, with strong growth performance in both segments, as we continued to capitalize on customer demand for our innovative interconnect technologies.”

In pre-market trading, TE Connectivity is down 7.16 percent at a price of 194.11. This represents a decrease of 14.98 from its previous close of 209.09. The stock’s 52-week trading range stands between 177.21 and 252.56.
