LiveOne’s ($LVO) Q4 Loss Widens, Revenue Drops

Wednesday, LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO) announced its fourth-quarter results ahead of market open.

The company reported a decline in earnings per share, with a loss of $0.65 compared to a loss of $0.08 a year earlier, missing analyst expectations.

The quarter recorded revenue of $18.92 million, which fell short of analyst estimates of $20.10 million and decreased from the previous year’s levels.

In the Audio Division, revenue for the fourth quarter was $18.3 million, with a positive segment Adjusted EBITDA of $2.4 million.

LiveOne has raised its guidance for Fiscal 2027, projecting revenues to increase to between $85 million and $95 million, with an expected Adjusted EBITDA of $8 million to $10 million, excluding corporate overhead.
