The firm posted adjusted earnings of $3.43 per share for the latest quarter, topping analyst expectations of $3.21 per share with year-over-year growth of 6.5 percent.
Quarterly revenue reached $2.43 billion, exceeding analyst estimates of $2.39 billion despite a 3.6 percent year-over-year decline.
In the first quarter, the Beer Business achieved a 2% increase in both net sales and operating income, maintaining its position as the leader in dollar share gains. It surpassed the overall beer category by nearly 3 percentage points in year-over-year dollar sales within Circana U.S. tracked channels.
Conversely, the Wine and Spirits Business experienced a 47% decline in net sales for the first quarter. However, it reported organic net sales growth of 8% and depletions growth of 6.6%, outperforming the total wine and spirits category in both dollar and volume sales across Circana U.S. tracked channels.

For the fiscal year 2027, Constellation Brands released forward earnings outlook at $11.20 to $11.90 per share, compared with analyst estimates of $11.75 per share.
