APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) has completed the acquisition of WTech Fire Group, a prominent European provider of fire sprinkler, suppression, and detection solutions.
The deal, finalized on July 1, 2026, was initially announced on April 17, 2026, and is set to enhance APi’s international operations with complementary capabilities.
WTech is projected to add approximately $175 million in annual revenue, aligning with APi’s existing international business margin profile.
As a result of this acquisition, APi has revised its full-year 2026 financial outlook. The company now anticipates net revenues between $8,660 million and $8,860 million, an increase from the previous forecast of $8,575 million to $8,775 million.
Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from $1,177 million to $1,237 million, up from the earlier estimate of $1,165 million to $1,225 million.
