Acuity ($AYI) Q3 Results Exceed Estimates; EPS and Revenue Climb

On Thursday, Acuity (NYSE: AYI) reported its third-quarter results before market open.

The company delivered adjusted earnings of $5.31 per share, surpassing Wall Street estimates of $5.19 per share. This represents an increase from the $5.12 per share reported a year ago.

Revenue for the quarter was $1.20 billion, slightly above analyst expectations of $1.18 billion and up from $1.18 billion a year earlier.

Operating profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 was $193.3 million, marking an increase of $53.5 million, or 38.3 percent, compared to the prior year.

ABL’s net sales in the third quarter of fiscal 2026 were $905.2 million, a decrease of $18.0 million, or 1.9 percent, compared to the prior year. AIS generated net sales of $303.5 million, an increase of $39.4 million, or 14.9 percent, compared to the prior year.
