The firm delivered adjusted earnings of $1.14 per share, compared to $0.88 per share a year earlier, but fell short of analyst expectations.
FB Financial recorded quarterly revenue of $174.75 million, which was below analyst projections of $177.99 million.
Net interest income on a tax-equivalent basis was $149.8 million for the second quarter of 2026, an increase from $146.8 million in the prior quarter. The adjusted noninterest income was $26.2 million for the second quarter of 2026, compared to $25.8 million last year.
Loans held for investment at the end of the second quarter of 2026 were $12.87 billion, up from $9.87 billion at the end of the same quarter last year, marking a 30.3 percent increase.
