Methode Electronics ($MEI) Q4 Results: EPS Falls Short, Revenue Surpasses Expectations; FY27 Revenue Outlook Strong

The fourth quarter financial results from Methode Electronics (NYSE: MEI) showed stronger business performance on both a year-over-year basis and relative to analyst expectations.

The firm recorded adjusted loss of $0.30 per share in the latest quarter, underperforming analyst estimates of loss of $0.21 per share by $-0.09.

The company reported quarterly sales of $298.10 million, beating analyst estimates by $59.64 million against projections of $238.46 million.

Year-over-year, earnings improved 61.0 percent while revenue advanced 15.9 percent during the quarter.

Looking forward, Methode Electronics top-line estimate outlook for the fiscal year 2027 in the range of $1.03 billion to $1.08 billion, versus analyst estimates of $951.86 million.
