INVO Fertility Q1 Revenue Beats; Loss Confined

Shares of INVO Fertility (IVF) gained attention on Monday after the company posted first quarter results that came in ahead of Wall Street expectations and above prior-year levels.

The business posted loss of $3.38 per share for the latest quarter, falling short of Wall Street expectations of loss of $1.25 per share by $-2.13.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.02 million, ahead of analyst expectations by $40.00 thousand compared with estimates of $1.98 million.

Year-over-year, earnings improved 98.9 percent while revenue advanced 23.2 percent during the quarter.

We believe investors can now see a much cleaner operating company: the Series C-2 Preferred Stock has been eliminated, warrant liabilities have been removed, cash has increased, and stockholders’ equity has more than doubled from year-end.”
