Elicio Therapeutics ($ELTX) Phase 2 Study Misses Primary Endpoint

Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELTX) announced results from its Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P study, which assessed ELI-002 7P in patients with mKRAS-driven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) post-standard locoregional therapy.

The study, involving 144 patients across 24 U.S. sites, did not achieve its primary disease-free survival (DFS) endpoint in the intent-to-treat population.

However, early treatment benefits were observed during active ELI-002 7P treatment.

Robert Connelly, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “While AMPLIFY-7P did not meet its primary endpoint in the intent-to-treat study population, promising efficacy signals in patients with lower residual disease burden sharpen our path forward.”

Elicio’s current cash reserves are expected to sustain operations until the fourth quarter of 2026.
