Amer Sports ($AS) Q1 EPS Beats by 22.6%; Revenue Up 32.6% YoY

Shares of Amer Sports (AS) gained attention on Tuesday after the company posted first quarter results that came in ahead of Wall Street expectations and above prior-year levels.

Compared with earnings of $0.27 per share reported during the same quarter last year, The firm delivered adjusted earnings of $0.38 per share while outperforming analyst expectations of earnings of $0.31 per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $1.95 billion, improving by 32.65% from $1.47 billion reported during the same quarter last year and exceeding analyst estimates.

Looking ahead, Amer Sports forecast profit outlook for the fiscal year 2026 in the range of $1.18 to $1.23 per share, compared with analyst expectations of $1.20 per share.

Revenue expectations was set between $7.88 billion and $8.01 billion, representing a growth of 20 percent to 22 percent, versus consensus estimates of $7.76 billion.
