REX American Resources Q4 EPS Beats, Revenue Misses; Full-Year Revenue Up

REX American Resources (NYSE: REX) unveiled its fourth-quarter results. The company disclosed a slight miss in revenue but a notable increase in earnings per share compared with a year earlier.

The firm reported earnings per share of $1.32, surpassing the analyst estimate of $0.29. This marks a significant rise from the $0.63 per share recorded a year ago.

In the fourth quarter, REX generated revenue of $157.96 million, which was below the estimated $161.85 million. This revenue figure shows a minimal decrease from the same period last year.

For the full fiscal year 2025, the company recorded net sales and revenue of $650.5 million, up from $642.5 million in the prior year. Full-year earnings were $2.50 per share, increasing from $1.65 per share a year earlier.

REX announced nearing completion of the expansion of ethanol production at the One Earth facility. Testing and commissioning are expected to begin upon completion, with full operation anticipated during fiscal 2026.

The company had $375.8 million in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments, with no bank debt at the end of January 2026.
