Refund Policy

CatalystPICR offers subscription-based access to certain premium features, market data, news, research tools, and other services available through catalystpicr.com.
Please review the applicable subscription period, pricing, and terms before purchasing a subscription.
1. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request cancellation and a refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
The refund is calculated by deducting $9.99 for each month the annual subscription has been active, including the month in which the cancellation or refund request is made.
Refund calculation:
Refund Amount = Annual Subscription Amount Paid − ($9.99 × Number of Months Used)
A partial month is treated as a full month. Refunds are not calculated on a daily basis, and a refund will not exceed the amount originally paid.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No full, partial, or prorated refund will be issued for the current subscription period.
Cancellation prevents future renewals in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Where applicable, subscription access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
3. Trial Subscriptions
Payments associated with a paid trial subscription are non-refundable.
If a trial converts to another subscription plan, users should cancel before the applicable renewal or conversion date if they do not wish to continue.
After conversion, refund eligibility is determined by the rules applicable to the new subscription plan.
4. Discounts and Promotional Pricing
For annual subscriptions purchased with a discount, coupon, promotion, or other special pricing, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise, the usage deduction remains $9.99 for each month used, including the current month.
A refund will not exceed the amount originally paid.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Access
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
For an annual subscription where a refund is approved and issued, CatalystPICR may terminate premium subscription access when the cancellation and refund are processed.
Users may continue to access services or content available to non-paying users, subject to the CatalystPICR Terms of Service.
6. Requesting and Processing a Refund
Eligible annual subscribers may submit a refund request through the contact or support options provided by CatalystPICR.
CatalystPICR may request information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the account, subscription, or payment before processing a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
7. Changes to This Policy
CatalystPICR may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to subscription plans, billing practices, services, or applicable requirements.
Updates will be published on catalystpicr.com with a revised Last Updated date.
