Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) and Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) have announced the creation of Regna AI, a new private company designed to develop and deploy specialized AI models for mission-critical operations.
Regna AI will initially be wholly-owned by Ondas and aims to scale with institutional partners, offering its services to governments, businesses, and institutions seeking sovereign AI capabilities.
Ondas will be the first customer, utilizing Regna AI's models for autonomous mission orchestration on edge hardware, including drones and other ISR systems, even in challenging connectivity conditions.

The models are designed for deployment within customer environments, aiding operators in assessing evidence, comparing options, and updating mission plans for human review and authorization.
Regna AI builds on the existing collaboration between Ondas and Palantir on the SkyWeaver C4I project, which integrates surveillance from the stratosphere to the tactical edge, providing a foundation for its mission-specialized models.
Eric Brock, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ondas, commented, "No government should have to build its AI strategy on models or data infrastructure it does not control. Regna AI combines open-weight models, customer-controlled mission data, and Palantir's operational platform to give defense organizations control over the AI that supports their missions. We believe Regna AI can become a foundational AI platform for the U.S. Department of War, allied governments and the defense and industrial companies that serve them."
