BIO-key International, Inc. (Nasdaq: BKYI) has secured a new contract with a Middle Eastern government security agency to enhance its identity security using BIO-key's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platform.
The agreement was reached in under two months, highlighting the strong collaboration and alignment between BIO-key and the agency, as well as a mutual commitment to bolstering identity security.
The deployment focuses on safeguarding the agency's core communications infrastructure, including web-based services, and aims to enhance secure access in one of the country's most sensitive government environments.
This initiative also lays the groundwork for future identity modernization efforts within the agency.
IT Harmony, BIO-key's distribution partner in the Gulf region, was instrumental in facilitating the customer engagement and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to deployment.
The agency joins BIO-key's expanding list of government and financial-sector clients in the Middle East, including several major regional defense organizations.
